Numerical simulation study on air distribution effects in biosafety laboratories

Numerically simulates the concentration field of contamination and the velocity field of airflow in biosafety laboratories applying up-supply and opposite up-exhaust mode and up-supply and opposite down-exhaust mode. The results show that the latter mode is much better than the former one in contamination eliminating. Compares the numerical simulation results with those from a model experiment, and finds that they are in good agreement.
